Coin du Roi is engaged in an intense music activity with concerts all over the world with its period instrument orchestra. During the years, our young ensemble reached important successes of both public and critic.
The orchestra replies to the growing interest for historically informed performances, expanding the concept beyond the musical part to create an immersive experience.
The full orchestra counts over 35 musicians (read more about the orchestra here), but many smaller ensembles also play chamber music inside the orchestra.
The repertoire covers a period of over 3 centuries, from Renaissance and ancient music to early Classicism, with an accurate research on thematic programs chosen.
